Required for a fast-growing business in the heart of Tonbridge, supporting a team of 35 staff. Our client is looking for a motivated, reliable, and dynamic individual to join their warehouse team.
This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right individual
Main Responsibilities
- Unloading of Incoming deliveries from Customers & Suppliers
- Checking and Processing incoming deliveries onto Warehouse Management System
- Locating stock away – Updating Warehouse Management System using handheld scanner
- Picking & Preparing orders for despatch
- Picking orders to go into production
- Picking and Packing of Online orders
- Replenishing pick locations when stocks run low
- Loading up pallets onto Hauliers / Carriers for outgoing orders
- Moving stock between Warehouse and External storage location
- Regular stock checks of products, packaging, and consumables
- Ensuring warehouse is kept clean and tidy and cleaning logs and other preventive maintenance tasks are maintained and up to date
- Ensure any daily reports are provided to the Warehouse manager
- Complying with Company procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Undertaking any other tasks required by the company
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Warehouse experience essential
- Forklift license for Counterbalance, Reach truck & Bendi / Flexi truck preferred
- Driving License preferred
Hours are slightly flexible.
