Trainee Lettings Negotiator
We are looking for someone to primarily fulfil a Lettings Negotiator role which will involve:
- Communicating with applicants on the phone, via email and in person
- Matching potential tenants with the right property
- Accompanying viewings and providing expert advice
- Processing applications
- Compiling property inventories
- Drafting Tenancy agreements and property documents
- Conducting property handover procedure
- Leafletting local properties
- Dealing with day-to-day tasks
- Meeting new people and visiting different properties everyday

Salary / Benefits
£15,000 - £18,000 basic per annum plus commission
On target earnings of £20'000 p/a with commission. Uncapped commission for successfully Letting properties. Salary is inclusive of fuel allowance.

This is a Full-Time position, after 4-6 weeks training period the successful candidate will be employed full time, working 5 days a week, this will include working every other Saturday and having one day off in the week.
Requirements
Have full UK Drivers Licence and use of car
Work 5 days week, including every other Saturday.
Good knowledge of Milton Keynes
