Temporary Personal Assistant to CEO | Immediate Start
Our client is a high-performing and busy financial services company that seeks an experienced Personal Assistant to assist the CEO as well as other key partners in the business. This is a great role in a growing global company for someone looking to develop their skills as a PA in a hugely successful firm.
The ideal PA will be professional, well-spoken, and someone confident in communicating with a range of people
This role is paying £25.00 - £28.00 per hour depending upon your experience with favourable working hours of 9 am - 5.30 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complex diary management, for the CEO and other Partners
- Extensive and efficient email correspondence
- Maintaining shared calendar
- Booking flights and accommodation for travel
- Taking calls and distributing or taking messages
- Overseeing the creation of documents, including the distribution
- Processing expenses
- Organising meetings, including preparing for external and internal meetings
- Working with the team to organise various staff social activities
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Competent with Microsoft Office suite
- Detail-orientated
- Excellent multi-tasker
- Works well under pressure
- Enthusiastic and proactive
- Able to work as part of a team
- Handling confidential matters with discretion
- Readiness to be contacted out of office hours
