Job Type: part or full time
Pay: £10.50/Hour
Rewards & Benefits:
- 10% staff discount during the first three months; following a successful probation period, employees are entitled to a 15%discount. After one year of service, this increases to 20%.
- Paid holiday - holiday entitlement is 20 days per year, plus 8 bank holidays. Restrictions apply; part-time pro rata.

Key Duties:
- Opening the store at the beginning and closing at the end of the operating hours.
- Engaging in appropriate behaviour at all times, representing the business in a positive light.
- Following systems and procedures, including customer service standards and safety regulations.
- Develop your knowledge of the store's products and make recommendations to customers.
- Cleaning and maintaining the store
- Stocking shelves, filling up dispensers when a product is running out
- Creating displays
- some lifting may be required
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Some knowledge of social media
- good eye for displays and social media content
- Experience in sales and EPOS systems
- a cheerful attitude and happy to talk to customers in an approachable manner
- Good communication skills, as well as being conscientious and motivated
Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
