You will be responsible for
Β· Determining short, medium- and long-term operating strategies and then deploying them within the departments
Β· Working with internal and external auditors
Β· Ensuring the manufacturing processes run efficiently against key deliverables (GMP, H&S, cost targets, on-time targets)
Β· Monitoring and implementing improvements to production processes and KPIs
Β· Driving the continuous improvement programme
Β· Managing, supporting, and developing your own team (Direct and Indirect reports)
Β· Determine and control the budgetary contributions for the departments
You will bring the following
Β· Significant operations management experience within a highly regulated industry (pharmaceuticals is desired)
Β· Experience with auditing - Excellent communication skills
Β· Strong experience managing teams with direct and indirect reports
Β· BSc in a relevant field e.g. Engineering, Biochemistry or Biology

Salary: Β£75,000.00-Β£90,000.00 per year
