Hush is a fast-growing fashion and lifestyle brand, founded 18 years ago by Mandy Watkins and now established as one of the UK’s leading online fashion retailers. The Role:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sales Consultant for a 30-hour contract to join us in our Peter Jones concession. We are looking for someone dependable, interested in fashion, keen to succeed, polished and dedicated to providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and a customer experience that meets the requirements of the hush brand lifestyle.
- Drive the achievement of multiple concession targets.
- Build relationships by engaging with John Lewis store team. Please note, this is an integral part to the role.
- Ensure all operations are being completed to create a functional trading environment.
- Raise brand awareness and spot commercial opportunities in store.
The Person:
- Ideally 2+ years of retail and customer service experience within a similar environment.
- Vast knowledge of the fashion industry.
- Have a hands-on approach and experience of visual merchandising in store.
- Enthusiastic about the hush brand with a strong fashion sense and styling abilities.
- Flexible to work hours in line with store’s needs.
- Resolute, honest, and able to problem-solve efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a wider team.
- Commercially driven with a basic knowledge of reading retail reports.
