Reports To: The Prospector will report to Conscious Fit Coaches

Conscious Fit Coaches specializes in helping women rediscover their physical, mental, and emotional health through a holistic and non-restrictive plant-based approach.

Job Overview:

This role is required to provide online prospecting support to Conscious Fit Coaches. This involves booking calls onto the sales advisor team calendar using our messaging inbound & outbound scripting. Conscious Fit Coaches
Facebook group has hundreds of leads that need to be contacted, nurtured & booked onto the calendar for future sales calls. The prospector will have duties in ensuring all tasks & KPIs are met.

Responsibilities and Duties:

● Personal assistant to Head Coach
● Lead Nurture Specialist Roles
● Contact and nurture all leads in a pipeline
● Follow up with all assigned leads
● FILL OUT YOUR SPREADSHEETS (SALES, ADS & CONVERSATIONS)
● End-of-day report p to your line manager

Qualities & Skills Required:

● Passion - passion is required for the role. Enthusiasm and drive are needed to help prospects get onto the sales calendar.

● Fitness, Weight Loss, and Women’s Wellness Industry Knowledge (vegan and plant-based knowledge is also preferred).

● Communication Skills - communicating with prospects on exactly how their problems, issues, concerns
& goals are.

● Listening Skills - this is fundamental to understanding each prospect as they all have differing needs...
Hear what the prospect is telling you and tailor your approach effectively.

● Self Motivation - a requirement every day to achieve more than you did the day before.
● Self Promotion - in order to ensure the business continues to grow, you are required to make use of the web, advertising, and your interpersonal skills to convince prospects to join the process.
● Planning & Organisational Skill - with multiple prospects, the organization is critical to ensure you are not missing leads, conversations & opportunities.

● Being sharp & diligent online - fast & efficient between platforms to heighten the volume of conversations & call bookings.

● Leading by example.

Commission-based role:

Commission for each closed-set is dependent on the package enrolled.

● The right candidate also can be graduated with a monthly base salary plus commission, after 1 month trial period.
