Replenishment Manager - Own Label

We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Holland and Barrett Supply Chain Team. A team that's is responsible for ensuring our customers can get what they want to fulfil there wellness needs, no matter where they are in the world. As a replenishment manager you will be the face of supply chain, ensuring the team are working effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure products arrive on time and in full.

Leading a team you will be responsible for ensuring own label products stock availability targets are achieved within the constraints of the financial budgets by creating highly collaborative relationships with other commercial departments and our suppliers. You will have a tenacious attitude to achieving results and meeting KPI targets, coaching and supporting the wider own label supply chain team demonstrating great performance management and team development skills.

• Support the team to ensure all KPIs and targets are delivered consistently
• To be first point of call for escalation queries, supporting stakeholders with clarity on what needs to happen.
• Ensure forecasts provided by the multiple markets / customers are translated into efficient production requirements.
• Sign off the ordering and intake of raw materials to ensure optimum stock holding and availability.
• Ensure optimum availability of raw materials to ensure the forecast for finished goods is met across all markets, ensuring availability targets are met and promotional builds are landed in time and in full.
• Work closely with Production Planning to ensure they understand the requirements and products are packed in line with expectations.
• Lead the S&OP to ensure there is sufficient capacity to meet the rolling future forecasts
• Focus where we can improve ways of working to drive further performance opportunities.
• Ensure weekly availability updates are shared with category teams with clear insight into drivers and actions being taken, support required Hold coaching conversations with there colleagues to ensure they are supported and operate at there best
• Provide a summary for the wider supply chain team and category of the previous months production outputs. Make recommendations to deal with stock issues

• The ability to builds strategic relationships in order to improve stock availability and reduce working capital
• Confident with large data sets and how to complete targeted analysis to resolve issues.
• Experience developing a team to potential and inspiring others through coaching
• Able to challenge the status quo and work with others to develop effective solutions that drive KPI improvements
