Job Description

Junior Property Manager

  • Manage good relationship with Existing Tenants by taking care of their requirements.
  • Should be able to liaise with top management of our tenant and our management team.
  • Look for good new tenants by using different channels such as real estate agents, website advertising, your own contact etc.
  • Take care of all repair and maintenance of all our buildings and keep everything in working conditions.
  • Liaising with various suppliers such as repairers, consultants, estate agents, other landlords, local advisors etc
  • Negotiating, creating, and amending lease contracts.
  • To deal with ending Tenancy.
  • Chasing rent and service charges from the tenants.
  • Checking supplier invoices and authorising it for the payment.
  • To help in service charge settlement.
  • Excellent in Dutch language with good knowledge of English.
  • Schedule all planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Understanding of Budget.
  • Responsible for building compliance – i.e. Fire Risk Assessments, Gas and Electrical Certificates.
  • Property Redevelopment
  • Other Ad hoc duties.
