Job Description

Role

We are looking for a number of people to join our production facility in Stockton on Tees. These are permanent roles working a triple shift pattern. No experience of printing or print finishing is required as full on the job training will be given. Having worked in manufacturing previously will be an advantage and prospective candidates will need to be able to work under pressure, adhere to strict deadlines, produce quality work and work as part of a team

The successful candidates will be running various print and print finishing equipment such as guillotines, binders, laminating & mailing machines

We create highly personalised award-winning multi-channel marketing campaigns as well as printed work in most formats which is often data driven. We’re a fast moving, highly innovative business that incorporates creative design, digital development, digital, litho, screen, direct to garment and large format print as well as in-house mailing facilities.

Skills

Ideally we are looking for candidates that have worked in a production role for at least 12 months.

Basic IT skills

Ability to work to deadlines and produce high quality work

Hours of Work

Triple Shift Pattern on a weekly rotation (Earlies and Lates are Monday to Friday, Nights are Monday to Thursday). Annualised hours scheme in place to cover 'peak season', 8 extra paid holidays paid back in October and November.

Location

The position offered is based at our, out of town, Head Office in Stockton-on-Tees.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Β£20,500.00-Β£22,500.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
Masks are being warn by staff, visitors are restricted, additional cleaning is taking place, fogging is undertaken twice a week.

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • Production: 1 year (preferred)
