We are looking for a Physicist to join our Testing team. Working Monday to Friday, you will be based in Stoke-on-Trent/Stone. Role Purpose
Working in our extensive and well-equipped laboratories, you will provide physics support on a wide range of client projects. Working to the quality requirements of ISO 17025, accuracy and an eye for detail are key requirements.
Accountabilities

Support Physical Testing in the testing and development of test methods including thermomechanical testing, refractory and insulation testing, pore and particle characterisation, to in-house test methods and international standards; with UKAS accreditation to ISO17025.
Support the rest of the business in physics, mathematics and engineering applications as required.

Strong fundamental physics and mathematics knowledge

Statistical and mechanical engineering skills an advantage
