Your main responsibilities as a Mixologist are,
- create magnificent cocktails and drinks while delivering high levels of service;
- to ensure the bar area and tables are set to the correct standards and remain clean at all times;
- to work across all areas of the bar: drinks service, food service, cocktail preparation;
- to have a strong menu knowledge and being able to make recommendations.
- create cocktails using fresh ingredients
- understand the “ingredients” of cocktails and other drinks/ beverages to enable you to confidently deal with customer queries etc and to assist and help train other team members
You must have experience as a mixologist or cocktail specialist and be able to maintain exceptional high standards and service as well as a good understanding of how drinks are made, ingredients, flavours and new menu experience.
