Sales Advisor
Hatton Garden diamond is in the prestigious diamond district of Hatton Garden, we are looking for a full time member of the team to join us, someone with passion and drive in sales and high end jewellery.
We are the longest standing, family run jewellery store in Hatton Garden. Our workshop takes pride in creating stunning and superior crafted engagement rings, perfectly hand made, we find the best engagement ring for you or your special someone. It is simple, with close relationships to diamond suppliers globally, we offer the best prices amongst Hatton Garden jewellers and the high street jewellers. We also provide top-quality jewellery cleaning and valuations service.
We pride ourselves in customer service and product knowledge and as a family run business we truly care about customer experience and in creating an amazing journey for our clients.
The role will include, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Professionally handling and advising customers of products and services resulting in the achievement of personal and store sales targets.
- Merchandising of displays and ensuring high standards are maintained within the store.
- Provide high quality service to customers face-to-face and over the telephone.
- Assisting customers through our bespoke design service
- Reporting any stock or security issues and fraudulent activity to management.
- Following up with clients and asking for reviews
- Assisting the key holder with opening and closing the store following security procedures.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Provide in-store after sales service to achieve high level of customer service satisfaction.
About you:
- Customer focused, able to serve customers in a highly professional manner.
- Ability to develop product knowledge.
- Understanding of KPIs and ability to work to deadlines.

- Luxury retail sales experience (doesn't have to be jewellery specific)

Salary: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
