The Full Moon and Attic Bar is an independent, family run, multipurpose venue on Stokes Croft in Central Bristol, with a bar, hostel, pop up restaurants, nightclub and guest house all rolled into one!

We're looking for a fun and dedicated candidate to join our busy and vibrant reception team here at the Full Moon Backpacker Hostel!
We are looking for someone with;
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain the highest level of customer service at all times
- Enthusiasm to learn the daily operations of the hostel and guest house
- A friendly manor to engage with guests, in person, via email and via phone
- A passion for travel and culture!
It is essential that the right candidate for the job has;
- Previous experience in customer service
- Great customer service skills
- Computer literate/good IT skills
- Great time management
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-32 per week
Salary: From £10.50 per hour
