As a care assistant, you will be:
- Ensuring that the residents are respected and listened to
- Making sure that a 5-star service is offered to all residents
- Have great communicational skills
- Be involved in developing and supporting the home to achieve outstanding
- Dedicate to involving the resident in as much of their care as possible.
