Job Description

Purpose of the role

We are looking for a Graduate Business Support Trainee who is enthusiastic and proactive, with the ability and resilience to operate effectively in a fast paced environment, to provide day to day Business support to Senior Leaders at Hartwell.

The role

Successful candidates will primarily focus on providing support to Senior Business Leaders and the wider organisation.

Key responsibilities will include

  • Diary management
  • Proactively managing inbox queries
  • Arranging meetings
  • Support with arranging any training
  • Note taking and recording minutes for meetings
  • Collating weekly/monthly reports
  • Supporting/dealing with HR and Dealership queries/processes
  • Analysing data and reports
  • Preparing Letters and correspondence
  • Understanding and interpreting Key KPIs
  • Liaising with Stakeholders and senior team members to ensure actions and plans are completed
  • Ability to take and run projects, either solitary or working with a small team
  • Create plans and business cases to support strategies within the business
  • Working with company and external systems.

The role will include

  • Preparing routine correspondence and checking that of others
  • Compiling, verifying and reporting data
  • Completing forms or reports
  • Managing the workload of a small team, if required
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations
  • Facilitating meetings

The successful candidate will

  • High standard of written communication and attention to detail is essential
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, WORD etc and other standard office packages, inc Adobe – essential
  • Experience of working with HRIS
  • Experience of working with systems or similar
  • Able to understand reports

Desirable

  • Graduate looking to progress within this area of the business
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Can work to your own initiative and deliver at pace overall

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Β£23,000.00 per year
