We are looking for a full time manager to help run the day to day business operations at Prom Diner on Aberystwyth Promenade. This is a fast paced fast food outlet with a beautiful view.
The ideal candidate will
- have substantial experience in a similar food outlet
- have previous experience of managing and motivating a team, dealing with rotas etc
- have a solid all round background in hospitality from barista work to basic food preparation.
- be able to work effectively under pressure and be a good communicator
- be hard working, conscientious and dilligent
- care about looking after the customer at all times
- understand the importance of providing good, consistent service
