Front of House - Part Time

Foundation Coffee House are looking for a friendly and outgoing part time floor team member to join our Northern Quarter branch.

As floor staff you will be reporting to the shift runner and play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers as well as ensuring they have everything they need from the beginning to the end of their journey.

What we are looking for

• We are looking for personable individuals who are passionate about Hospitality, people and the brunch/coffee scene
• A positive can do attitude, eagerness to learn and to work hard
• 1 year experience in the brunch scene is desired however training will also be provided

Job roles

• Taking orders & payments
• Assisting customers with the menus and answer questions
• Delivering food and drinks to customers tables
• Clearing and resetting tables
• Floor set ups and breakdowns
• Ensuring the floor is kept clean and tidy
• Daily cleaning duties
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Keep up to date with our online compliance system; Trail
• Working well as a team and supporting others when required

Working hours

• Your working hours will average at 16-24 per week
• You will be working a mixture of weekdays, weekends and bank holidays, so your full commitment will be required
• We operate daytime hours although we hold the occasional evening event where we may ask you to work
