Our group consists of a range of specialist businesses including digital media, advertising agency, direct marketing and cross-channel media executions.

About you

As Finance Assistant you’ll assist the Finance team in all areas of the accounts administration process. It’s an excellent opportunity for a bright individual to join us and to learn on the job, including a range of finance systems and processes. For candidates who can demonstrate a genuine interest in an accounts career, we can offer support for accounting qualifications.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Processing and inputting invoices and liaising with suppliers
  • Assisting with VAT returns
  • Assisting with reconciliations
  • Monitoring emails and dealing with enquiries
  • Providing general office support

To succeed you will also need sound administrative and organisational skills, sound knowledge of Excel, a good telephone manner and the ability to work well under pressure.
