FESTIVAL SUMMER WORK - **SUPERVISORS AND/OR DRIVERS WANTED**

Supervisors:

We are looking for committed, trustworthy supervisors, must be available MAY-SEPTEMBER 2026. We would like someone with kitchen and team managing experience, even more of a plus if you've worked festivals before. Any kitchen safety or first aid training, gas training, bigger plus.

As a supervisor, you are expected to:

• Work all events May-September. (Events TBC)
• Arrive on-site EARLY to build the unit, stay a day afterwards to break down the unit. (We will provide build and break training)
• Work well under festival-crowd pressure.
• Work long hours on your feet.
• Work without full supervision, managing a team.
• Manage cash.
• Willing to camp at each event.
• Communicate well with managers and other staff members.
• Deal with customer complaints accordingly.

Drivers:

We are looking for reliable, confident drivers, who have experience in driving large vehicles, vans. Towing is a plus. However, as long as you're confident in driving all the equipment to and from site, that is the main thing.

As a driver, you are expected to:

• Work all events May-September. (Events TBC) As well as driving to and from each event. Our yard is based in Oxford, so the closer you are located, the better and easier for you.
• Arrive on-site EARLY to build the unit, stay a day afterwards to break down the unit. (We provide build and break training)
• Willing to camp at each event.
• Report any problems with the vehicle to a manager.
• Be fit to drive within your scheduled time.

Extra bonus if you're wanting to be a supervisor who can drive! Not necessary. There will be extra training on all of the above if you need it. (Kitchen, First aid training etc), and we will require a small test drive if you wish to apply to drive.
