Every day is a new adventure but a typical day in the life of a Customer Service Advisor would involve:
- You as the first point of contact for resolving client queries and requests by phone, offering a professional, empathetic, and outstanding level of service at every interaction
- Maintaining and developing your skills and knowledge to have an awareness of regulation, industry best practice and of the services and products we offer
- Working with cool peers in your team, sharing best practices and insights to continually improve client experience
What we are looking for in you
- Passionate in delivering exceptional client service
- Enthusiastic to learn, develop new skills and have fun at work
- No one is the same - ability to be empathetic and adapt your style to different clients
- Self-motivated and proactive and will foster an inclusive work environment and be part of a great team
- Excellent communicator, both verbally & written, with good attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills and computer literacy
- Customer Service background either client or customer facing
- Financial Services experience preferable
