The ideal candidate will be a team player and have experience in providing legal assistance in a range of areas such as mergers and acquisitions, disposals, shareholder arrangements, or commercial contracts, disputes etc.

The firm only offers training contracts to their internal paralegals, and generally after 1 years’ service so this is a great opportunity to get a foot in the door.
