About the Role

The cleanliness of our borough is extremely important to our residents and to the Councils reputation. We are looking for a high energy individual who is committed to leading a team in service improvement and to maximising achievement across a number of different functions including bin emptying, street sweeping, bring site cleansing, and litter picking.

About the Person

  • Enthusiasm and high standards of delivery
  • Able to get the best from a team of operatives
  • Numeracy skills and IT skills
  • Experience in operation team leading is desirable
