Care Assistant - Swansea
£10 - £13 an hour weekly pay
We are searching for Support Workers to work in the SA6 area of Swansea. We have a number of opportunities available for someone who has either worked as a Care assistant/Support Worker. We have flexible hours available. Most will be 12 hour shifts ranging from 8-8.
Key Duties
- Supporting our people to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
- Support customers to undertake all domestic tasks wherever possible, including practical assistance where they have not yet developed the skills, to ensure customers enjoy a high quality of accommodation
- Participate in the support planning and risk management, as facilitated by the lead Support Worker.
Ideal Candidate:
· Excellent communication skills, that allow you to develop a good rapport with the people we support, to write support plans
· Good attitude, enthusiasm, and values are important
· You must have experience working in a care/support work setting
· Double vaccinated
