SALARY
- Basic salary of £22,000 - £25,000 DOE
- Uncapped Bonus scheme
- Average earners make £500 per month increasing your salary to £24,000
- Top earners make £400- £800 per month increasing your salary to £28,000
- As it is uncapped you could earn even more
The Role as a Call Operator will include
- As a Call Operator you will be calling lapsed customers to discuss new offers
- Providing general customer support
- As a Call Operator, you will be speaking to customers about their current packages and trying to upsell and secure their renewal
What we look for in a Call Operator
- Friendly warm voice
- past sales experience
- Eager to work and learn personality
- Experience in retail, sales or customer service
- have the ability to handle rejection and remain resilient throughout the day
- You must be able to deliver a top-quality customer service and ensure the best outcome for the customer
- The ability to hold conversation will people of all ages and backgrounds and can easily build rapport with customers

Pay: £22,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
