This is an exciting opportunity in a rapidly growing small company. The successful candidate should be looking to expand current knowledge and responsibilities in an inspiring and rewarding environment. You will be helping with the responsibilities outlined below. There will be opportunities to develop your responsibilities and expertise. You will be working closely with the directors of the company and be encouraged to contribute to decisions that determine the direction of its future development.

Responsibilities

  • Placing orders with our internet suppliers.
  • Liaising with the internal teams for portfolio internet orders.
  • Resolving customer broadband issues by email and phone.
  • Managing equipment inventory: routers and dongles logistics and maintaining records.
  • Updating ordering and contract information on Huddle’s CRM
  • Updating spreadsheets, creating online accounts and recording bill account information.
  • Monitoring email inbox for updates and communicating order progress to customers.
  • Tracking payments, creating invoices and reconciling accounts.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, confident and friendly over the phone
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask and prioritise in a high pressure environment.
  • Flexibility in a changing working environment
  • IT literate and mathematically minded, good spreadsheet skills preferrable
  • Interest in business and economics

Salary: Β£28,000.00 per year
