As the successful Account Manager your duties will include:
- Maintaining relationships with key existing customers
- Assisting with the process of finding and developing new business opportunities
- Identifying and closing new opportunities in order to maximise accounts
- Attending suitable networking events to represent the business and generate referrals and partnerships for customers
- Attending compliance reviews and customer visits
- Negotiating and confirming contract information between customers and suppliers
- Supporting in the management of customer feedback and complaints
Skills required:
- Prior experience within a similar role
- The ability to thrive within a fast paced environment
- Excellent rapport building skills
- Multi task and manage time effectively
- A proven sales track record (advantageous)
- IT literate in the use of MS excel
- A full UK driving licence
To be successful in this Account Manager role you will enjoy working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. In return you will receive a salary of £33,000 plus a performance based bonus of up to 40% of your annual salary. This position is 37.5hrs per week working Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm.
